Grant Information
Eligibility Guidelines
Legacy Health Endowment grants shall be distributed solely and exclusively to support nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable healthcare facilities and clinics. The grants shall be used to fund direct healthcare services, wellness programs, health research, health education and public/private partnerships formed to improve the health of the residents in the LHE Community.
Grants: How to Apply
To increase our accessibility and ability to communicate on a timely basis, we implemented Foundant, our online grants management system. Among many benefits we think you’ll appreciate is your ability to control organizational contact information; to draft, save and submit online applications; and to upload documents and reports.
LHE makes it easy to apply for a grant online. Please read the instructions below before beginning an application. To become more familiar with Foundant and our online grants management system, we have several tools available to help you navigate the system.
