Eligibility Guidelines

Legacy Health Endowment grants shall be distributed solely and exclusively to support nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable healthcare facilities and clinics. The grants shall be used to fund direct healthcare services, wellness programs, health research, health education and public/private partnerships formed to improve the health of the residents in the LHE Community.

Grants: How to Apply

To increase our accessibility and ability to communicate on a timely basis, we implemented Foundant, our online grants management system.
